Hi i was suspended last year, now have an Ebay account and paypal with 50 feedback since 5 months ago with same address different name. So now want to change address to start selling will this work.

You have given us so little to work with that I'm going to do you a favour and ask you kindly to please explain your situation in a bit more detail, if you could please.

How did you create the account, how safe is it, where did you get 50 feedback, what address change are you talking about, is the account verified and whats your standard operating procedure?

By your openin post, Id say that you need to read the steath guide and understand the concept of the whole stealth approach. Currently you have just taken bits from here, bits from there and the whole thing sounds like you are note quite 100% on the whole theory level.
