Cool Using Mobile Camera vs Digital Camera

I have several cameras. These are for eBay purposes.
Have 2 Sony W800 camera. Not that great. Even my mobile can take better pictures.

I know that many say that you can use software to removed all the information. I do that for my stealth accounts

For my real accounts, I never take the risk. I use everything different for real accounts. From different laptops to cameras, mobile dongle etc etc.

I own a very good camera. Panasonic Lumix Super zoom.
I have used this camera before with eBay which is now suspended.
Although I use this with stealth accounts. I would never risk it for the real accounts.

Currently have 3 real accounts and in my other thread, on process to reinstate my 4 other real accounts.

I don't want to buy another 4 Panasonic Lumix Cameras.

I was thinking to get mobiles.
This can be handy for 2 purpose. Valid contact number and can use the camera.

So if I buy new Samsung mobile. This would range between any hung from £25 to £90.
The sim would be pay has you go. Turn off the GPS.

Would this is efficient for eBay? What type of information does eBay collect from cameras.

Big Brother exist in every device you use with eBay!!

Are you worried you'll link by pictures? Why not just clear metadata with BatchPurifier?

Thanks doL

Yes. I am worried about linkage to pictures.

Although I do use for stealth accounts.

But being over protective about real accounts.

If using a mobile. Just eBay trace to the sim is register to? GPS etc

If you use a program to remove all Exif data / Metadata, you won't have issues.

This.

Some of the members here need to see a shrink and get themselves diagnosed for paranoia-schizophrenia. eBay is NOT the NSA.

You can use any picture taking device on the planet as long as you run it through batch purifier like Dol said.

Its free, takes 5 seconds and all data wiped out.

Hi eternity4u, I use batch purifier on my pics before loading onto eBay accounts, there is always a message on the batch purifier that says there are a couple of details that are never removed from the photo's, like whatever name the devices used are registered in, so of course have to make sure that photo device name is not a giveaway for real names, or names used on previously suspended eBay/PayPal accounts of course.

When I first started with stealth I thought about the same thing but then I realised that its SO much easier to use normal iphone 6 for photos. Just clean the data with Batch purifier and you're golden.

I still have an account where I sell my high end items and I use lightbox and fancy lighting set up and DSLR camera but with stealth accounts I find it a lot easier to walk around the house, take photos at random places and just be done with it.

the new phones are as good, if not better for eBay as your average DSLR camera. Unless you are taking VERY high res pictures and SUPER close ups, the phone camera is more than enough.
Does it have bigger data fingerprint? Yes.
Can you get rid of it within 3 seconds? yes.

i use my ipad air to take all my pictures. and move it to my usb thumb drive. then log into my accounts move files to a folder on desktop. open windows photo editor and crop or resize the photos and use different backgrounds and change the filename to something unique for every account.

then double check everything batchpurify then upload to ebay.
