When Amazon deletes an account, you normally do NOT receive an email. One day you go to log in and your password no longer works. You try changing your password, and it LOOKS LIKE it changed, but you still cannot log in. IF, and I say IF this is what has happened, then Amazon will tell you that you have to speak with Seller Support about this and that someone will call you or email you shortly. But nobody ever does. If you call back and demand to speak with someone, they will tell you that Seller Support does not have phones.
Eventually, you MAY receive a canned email from Amazon saying that their rules, blah, blah, blah, you agreed to when you signed up, blah, blah, blah and that no further communications will be answered.
Oh, and any money in your seller account is GONE at that point.
BUT I have never seen anything that said "Internal Error" when this happens. So, there IS a chance that this is NOT the issue here. Maybe it is a technical glitch. You will find out soon enough.
Sorry to be the bearer of potentially bad news. It has happened to a lot of people.
