new stealth, paypal problems (concerning google voice + asking for ssn / tax id)

Hi, I just got a new stealth up and running.

Everything is good except everytime I confirm my phone number on the paypal website, it works for maybe 10 minutes and then I have to confirm again. Very strange..

The number is a google voice number which is connected to a legit phone thats never been used with ebay/pp.


Also, everytime I try to add money into my pp from my bank account, its asking me to confirm my identity via SSN or TAX ID and DOB.


I'm wondering if this is the reason my ebay account has a 0 limit right now so I cant list anything.
