Seller dashboard performance Questions
I have had some stupid ebayers buying the incorrect product and blame that our products don't work and left negative feedback. I have spend the entire week sorting them out them to convincing them to revise the feeback by offering them some freebies and refund..
Finally, after 10 emails of begging them, they have now changed them. But the dashboard is still showing that I have 2 negative feedback even though I have had them revised?
It shows my next evaluation is still above standard.. NOT EBAY TOP RATED
Please can anyone help me out and shred some light please? Many thanks
