Amazon requesting receipts, no longer have access to invoice

Hi,

I purchased some bulk items from a store closing down and have been selling them on Amazon for a while now. I've received a complaint regarding authenticity and Amazon are asking me for an invoice to reinstate my listing. Unfortunately, when I purchased the goods, I never got an invoice from them.

Has anyone ever submitted ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices from real wholesale websites? Do Amazon phone the company up and check, or do they just want to see an invoice from a genuine supplier?

Do you mean a Retail store or wholesaler? Do you really need that product to be sold? If its cannot be proven to be legitimate by you, I would leave it be or open another account and sell it on that one because you appeal it may get in Seller Performances radar and then suspend you. I learned this the hard way and it took 9 months to get my account back from Jeff's team. Trust me, stay off SP's radar they are super harsh.
