Using a computer that a banned account accessed

My friend busted up his laptop and I was going to let him use my desktop until he gets a new one. However my desktop has been accessed by an amazon account that is now banned. He uses Amazon and I dont want this to be a possible issue for him getting banned by association. I dont THINK it will be a problem but please let me know if there is some potential risk.

BTW he will be using his own IP address not mine or one I have accessed. He also will be using his own new windows user on my computer.

It will be a big problem, he has set up a new user account on that PC then all will be fine

right as I said he will be creating his own user account. I password protected my other users on this so he cant accidentally access them either. Just to verify as long as its a clean IP and a new user he should be safe correct?

I bought a cheap £70 notebook and a 3G dongle to use as my dedicated selling machine. Makes it practically impossible to link back to yourself in terms of hardware / connection.
