old ebay and new (different paypal)

gonna use a 2 year old ebay account with no seller account. opened a new paypal account and want to use it with the seller account. is this possible or can i get a seller account with a visa that is not under the original persons name

Get youa visa gift card that is all u need to do what you ask. And your new Pp ill work fine with the 2 year old account just make sure the info matchs on paypal same as on the ebay account like name and address.
