Buying using a Stealth PayPal

Ive heard of people getting limited on new stealth PayPals from buying stuff. I just got a stealth PayPal, it has been VCC verified, bank account linked. I want to buy a PS4 on eBay but obvi don't want to get limited . Is it ok to buy one at this point? Should I add money to the PayPal account, then use the funds to buy? Or just do a reg bank wire. Thanks for any input!

Buying limitations are usually caused by something that triggers suspicion by Paypal and can usually be fixed with a phone call. Also, Paypal usually attempts to call you before a buying limitation. Most of the time it is automated and wants to confirm the activity.

It seems that an active telephone number drastically lowers the risk of a buying limitation.

i wouldnt upload the funds to paypal, because if you do get limited, the funds are stuck in there.

cant you use a VCC instead?

most of the "buying" done with young paypals is usually done with the money taken in the said paypal without being withdrawn to the bank (if there even is one) attached. They don't like this as it comes across as funneling or laundering.

If you pay with a CC or VCC, you're extremely unlikely to get limited

similarly, if you perform a withdraw a time or two before spending paypal funds, you increase survival chances

Ive been limited and have had transaction reversed by paypal several times.

Usually i check out as a guest on paypal but that hasn't been working as the transactions are getting declined.

I do not know what you guys mean i buy off ebay all the time, i buy the item with my ebay account then use my card on paypal without signing up for a paypal account.

Did you read the whole thread? Have you tried buying on a brand new ebay account/paypal account?

are you buying using a entropay card?

I will try this out. I wonder why your transactions have been getting denied? Perhaps the address on the card is blacklisted?

again it is a entropy card, you can use any address.

Why.......you can use your own card, the ebay account i am using is not a seller account but it still is stealth. Any ways i have never been limited from "buying" on that account.

Because I've been suspended from buying from opening up too many buyer protection cases. but i buy lots of items.
