paypal at 100 percent (bank+vinalla cc verified), can't transfer $ from bank to pp?
I would like to load my paypal with some money from my bank using the 'add money' option. However, its asking to verify my identity first (DOB, address, and ssn or tax id)
Did I mess up somewhere?
When logged into my ebay, it also says I have a limitation of 0/0.
If i transfer money from my paypal to my bank (I have zero at the moment so I can't try), it would not ask me to verify my identity would it?

Thats the standard with paypal. To add funds from your bank they request SSN verification. No way around it.
And it has nothing to do with the selling limits on your ebay account. There are several threads discussing the topic of 0/0 limits. Id suggest searching those and reading them.

You cannot add funds to paypal without BOB SSN but if you need to buy something you can chose your bank as the funding source with you paypal balance a $0.00.
