21 Day Holds on Non-Ebay transactions appear to be back and frequent.

Over the past couple weeks I had made like 3 or 4 stealth accounts without any holds or issues (Business accounts via EIN), however, as of today everyone stealth I've made has ran into the 21 day holds.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Seems to be pretty normal around here seems to just be a glitch in the system, but I am afraid to say that you'll probably see more of the 21 day hold of all accounts you make.

There has to be a reason I had no holds on my other accounts. I think it has to do with the SSN and dob identity verification. Any thoughts?

Its the same as its always been.
The fact you did not have the holds was out of the ordinary - a glitch.
Things are back to normal and the glitch has been corrected.
