Amazon contact options.
Last month my account was suspended, I never received any notification of this however my listing were removed and I was no longer able to log in.
However I am still able to use the firestick I have with Amazon prime, so I assume that my prime account is still active.
I have sent multiple emails, chats, phone calls to amazon to try and resolve this, all I can gather is that my account is on hold pending further investigation.
I have given my bank details over the phone when asked however this did not resolve the problem. and all contacts that I do make ends up resulting in receiving an email that requests I log in to the account (which I cannot log in to) to give further information :(
What are my options here?
