I have set up a new ebay name. Easy. When i want to sell some thing i offered to pay with a pre-paid mastercard. HOWEVER it is in my real name and address (which is suspended). If I use that to pay ebay and its fees....will they find out. Idiot question I suppose.

Secondly if I sell something...can I just add another e-mail address to my old paypal account for buyers to pay into...or do I need a complete new paypal account.

None of those things will work.

Please add your location to your account here.
eBay/Paypal rules vari by country.
Go to your "User CP" and list your location.
This helps since eBay/Paypal Rules are different by country.

In both cases you will get linked. which will cause your account to get suspended. Try not to link any account with your new ones that have been suspended or been associated with any suspended account.
