question for a new ebay and new pay account

i want get a new ebay account.

1. i changeed my home ip,and reinstall my system .
2. use my firend's computer and address to register.
3. open a new bank account.

question is. my new bank account must be my real name and address. if i use this new account to register paypal what name should i using. real name as same as my new bank account. or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name ? if my register name is different with my bank name is ok?

if i use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name to register ebay, what name i should use for paypal? ebay name (not ebay id) must be as same as paypal and my new bank account name?

also after i register in my friend computer. i still need replay and post my auction in my own computer (which is reinstall system).

it that ok ? i am in canada.

what should i do? please help me
