I just bought a ebay account and a paypal account. but both was registered on canada. they are both old accounts. I am in WA. I just want to know ,can I change the address of the accounts( ebay , paypal) ?? what can i change else ? thank you very much.

1st of all...you need to change your font size. We just use the standard size, nothing fancy.
Yes, you will have to change the address of the Ebay account eventually before you use it to match your IP address location.
I think it best you purchase the "Stealth Book" before you ruin your new accounts, which you probably have already done if you logged into either account without doing the basics.
Just curious...How much did you have to pay for these said accounts?

I always been told it is better not to change anything if possible but if so let some of the newness wear off and buy a couple of things and then make the address change maybe.
