Just a quick question. I see alot of sellers offering options in there listings for instance shoes with different sizes or an item with different colors. In the listing they state to leave a note in the paypal payment indicating which size/color they want. My question is when they are in the process of shipping/packing the item how do they see that note. These are high volume sellers so I know they are not checking the paypal notes 1 by 1. I am thinking there is a way to have the note come up as a column when you are printing the labels. I use paypal multi order shipping and i couldnt find any option like this. Are they using some 3rd party shipping tool. If anyone knows please advise. Thanks

I am talking about while using multi order shipping or another batch shipping processor. The people in the example are very high volume sellers selling high quantities of the same item. It wouldn't make sense to me for them to print each shipping transaction individually.
