Im Zahra. A 29 years old artist living in Iran.
I was wondering if this site is against ebay and amazon rules how come its not shut down? Alot of people here live in USA cant they track you down? Cant they sue you and come to your door for this? :D
Shouldnt alot fo you guys be on news now so they can teach others not to do this? hehe

Not gonna happen. In America, they can't shut down a website because the rules of another website may be broken. eBay and Amazon can have their rules, but they are not LAWS. Big difference.

We may break the rules, but that is not the same thing as breaking the law.

America is truly a very different place than Iran. And very different than much of the world. But before you follow what we suggest you do in this forum, be sure you are not breaking the laws of Iran. We wouldn't want anyone "coming to your door " . Be careful. ..

There's a law in the U.S. it's called the freedom of speech, and thus this website falls under that law. I can make a website where all I talk about is how much I hate ebay and amazon....does not make me a criminal.

Why would they track us down? I don't think anyone has killed anyone yet, but if they wanted to "Track Us Down" I'm sure they would.

Why would they sue us? Now that's not to say you CAN'T be sued. If a VERO agent wants to Sue you I'm sure they can.

I have no idea what you mean by this but I don't think the News cares about Stealth or the users.

Just out of curiousity, what do you think we do here? We aren't telling people to commit crimes or steal. I don't think you fully understand how this website works.

Why would they sue us? Now that's not to say you CAN'T be sued. If a VERO agent wants to Sue you I'm sure they can.

This is America. You can sue ANYBODY for ANYTHING you want to, as long as you can find a lawyer foolish enough to take the case. And there are a lot of foolish lawyers out there, unfortunately.
