Quick question - will this get me suspended?

My main account with 1000+ positive that I normally use is on hold because I racked up a $400 bill and had to pay some other bills before eBay. Now I don't have the money to pay it and need to sell some stuff on eBay in order to have the money to pay it.

If I use my sister's account will they suspend either of the accounts?

Remember, my main account is not suspended, just on hold for non-payment.

After you get the first invoice, you have two months to pay before they suspend you.

You can do "sell similar" and then they'll make you re-add the card. Then you can keep listing. Try to pay them before 30 days or you get interest.

The last invoice that I didn't pay was Oct. 31st, and my account just got put on hold on Dec. 8th.

So that means I have till Dec. 31st before they suspend my account?

Right now, I don't have automatic payments setup (if that's what you were referring to when you said add a card).

When I try to "sell similar" or relist, or list a new item it gives me the sign in screen that says "Your account is currently on-hold for non-payment. Your listing and bidding privileges have been restricted. Your full invoice amount is due."

So is there a way I can list on my own account for now?
