"an unknown service error occured" adding bank to stealth

anyone seen this error message? when adding a bank account to a stealth paypal account. any idea how to remedy this?

Seen it happen with banks that are blacklisted or proven as problematic for use with paypal.
Your best bet is to try to use a different bank. DO your research on the forums to find which banks are best for this purpose.

People adding Capital One 360 or other blacklisted banks will receive this message. Use quality banks to avoid this problem.
