"The fees listed on the website are examples of the rate that can be
offered but the actual contracted rates vary on a case by case basis
by merchant based on volume, procesing history, industry, risk level,
ect. There is typically not a monthly fee with the banks that we work
with however the discount rate for international accounts is between
8-12% as an industry standard. Any set up fees (range from $500-$100)
would be taken out of your first months processing, no paid up front."

I also would not pay setup fees unless they're $50 or less.

Whats the best for vero item? Offshore, High risk, Adult merchant account? Without expensive rates (if < 8%)...

I've never heard of merchant accounts classing things for VERO like eBay does. Like if it's clothes, you sell clothes. If it's electronics, you sell electronics. Merchant accounts don't see the bogus VERO DMCAs, just chargebacks.

You'd probably want to look for a merchant account provider in your home country as it should get better rates.
