 how to protect myself from 'unauthorized' payment chrgeback?
I'm in a sticky situation - i need advice and words from the knowledgeable.
I was in a joint venture with a guy, he agreed to give me a certain percentage off of the sales.
So he paid 3 increments of 100$.
But we came to a disagreement - and now hes trying to take ALL the money by claiming that he did not 'authorize' the payment.
What can I do about this?
He clearly knew, because he submitted 3 increments of 100$ = at three different times.
