I got account suspended for 7 days.

Hi,everybody !
I just found this site , I have been reading forms for over 3 hours now .I HATE EBAY !
anyway , I got I got suspensions for 7 days , that's what they said in the message ,I just wanted to ask people here who had same thing happened to them , does this really mean only 7 days ?they didn't say that I will have to fax some stuff , so, do I need to fax anything ? or My suspensions is only for 7 days ? and it will come back on after 7 days ?

I have 63 feedbacks on there , I really hope I can keep this account , even I can not sell on this account in the future ,I already missed holiday season anyway !but I need it back!


Please give me some advice !

If you have all real info on your account it shouldnt be a problem getting your account back.

You never stated what the suspension was for. What did you do?

my real account was also suspended on 4th december - still not back up yet - i think it will be next year now - they have a backlog they say

even after 7 days they will not allow u to sale with out faxing them your id and stuff

I was suspended because of Trademark Violation......so, I do have to send the info I guess ......I hate this . I am using my mother in low's old account ,I changed phone number , e-mail address , creit card ....those informations after I got the account from her thought ,but I still don't know if MY info will be enough for them ......?

Consider it gone and move on if it was for VERO. I have about 50 account on the 7 day suspension.

I was suspended for 7 days for trademark violation on my real account. I faxed in the docs on about the 2nd day of suspension. On the 7th day, they did lift my suspension. They cancelled half my auctions that were already sold, so I got away with about 30 bucks in fees.

i had somewhat the same issue, howver they cancled all my postings stating that i placed a url link that was bad or something?

i think i had to pay the fes for themm

if my account gets re-instated and i dont use it for like a whole year - and then i get verod once or i breach one policy will i get permanently banned or will it be a warning?

The problem is my husband is really worried about signing that statement and sending to them , he thinks ebay is making him admit we did something against low ,as soon as we sent this , they will put him in PRISON!.....so, I will have to let it go I guess .I am thinking about buying ebook , but not sure if I will be ableto understand and use it well ......any advice ?

sign the paper and move on.... there's no reason to abandon the account if there's potential (in this case a very strong chance) to save it. if anything, get its limitations lifted, let it cool off for a while, in the mean time make a stealth account and go through a few periods of trial and error. when the time does come that you cant use your mother-in-law's account, you would've already had experience with using a stealth account. Hope this helps

if susp for vero and you intend to sell vero again, dont bother reinstating, you wont get away with anything, been there already. if you want it for more steady stuff or just to buy on, go for it.
