Ok I think I Just answered my own question> i wasn't able to add the CC to the Stealth account.

two reasons:
billing doesn't add up (i heard that as long as the zip codes match it will work)
First name doesn't match but last name does...

I am thinking I need a VCC, what are the best providers out there including the quickest turn around time?
