How to best avoid 21 day hold: Would Merchant Account do?

I use a drop ship method for my sales on ebay. Basically I dont have the product, we buy them as it sells.

The 21 day hold is a huge problem....I cant pay the drop shipper to ship the product because lame ass paypal is holding the funds.

1.) Is there a way around this? It is electronics category and $500 atleast per unit, some exceed $650 each unit.

2.) Is a merchant account safe to use even with a new ebay account?

You're going to get yourself in trouble if you keep asking questions that have been answered a million times over, just giving a warning .. others arent soo nice. On eof your questions i actually would like to know the answer of, which is the merchant with new accounts...

There are ways around the 21 day hold though, do a search
