Default argh!! messsages!

i had just created my first account using stealth, new name, address, new bank account, credit card, phone number etc., and was doing well. however, when i went to reply to a message ebay asked me to login again (i'm sure they do it to trick us!) and i accidentally logged in to one of my other accounts. now they are linked! i don't know how easy/hard it is to do things like get a new bank account in the USA but here in the UK there is kind of a limit on the number of banks and hence the accounts you can hold.

is there any way to sort of get that link removed, or to let ebay know so they can unlink it -- perhaps that it was my brother-in-law logging in to his ebay on my computer, you know, the classic hectic family christmas story?
any good?

argh!! it's so frustrating :(

Ehh, you may want to setup separate user accounts on your computer to prevent stuff like this happening...

it wouldn't have made a difference, i just logged into my account i was replying to with another username and pass :(

does this mean this is linked, or do they cut you any slack at all? what if there are visitors at home? or you're on a public computer? do ebay care?

Have you done any research on the information everywhere on this forum?
Have you read anything in this forum?
Have you read the stealth guide?
Just basic questions?
Try starting with this link:
Search Aspkins Forum for answers

???

yes i know stealth, i just logged into the wrong account by mistake. my question was whether ebay takes one off log ins like that into account and links them regardless of whether you could be a visitor at someone else's house, or you could be on a public computer.

O-Yea I can tell you know Stealth.....
Would that be the logging in to the wrong account?
Would it be that you think that eBay will cut you some slack?
Would that be NOT using computer user accounts?
Would that be not knowing how eBay tracks users?
Yea I can tell you know Stealth.
Please teach me.

Would that be the fact that you have NOT listed your location in your "User CP" on this forum?
Would that be the fact that you do not know how to write a proper sentence?
Is your shift key broken?

Most likely your accounts are linked now.

hwga - your sarcasm isn't productive. there's no need for that. is this how you treat everyone who asks a question? if anyone cared, you would deter others from posting threads if you carry on. just something to think about.

i made a mistake nothing to do with knowledge; it was reflex, as i usually log into that account but should have logged into my secondary.

thankyou aspkin for answering my question, though of course i don't like the answer :(

Perhaps you need to read the Stealth Book again, before claiming that you truly know the eBay Stealth Book.

:o

as i said above, it wasn't anything to do with my knowledge of stealth. doesn't anyone else have a main account they log into out of habit -- i mistakenly logged into that one when messages asked me to log in again, instead of my secondary account made perfectly fine by stealth methods. it seems only aspkin has understood what happened. oh well, don't worry, i have the answer now...

Nope... Just people who make claims and can not back them up.
I see that you still don't know how to make normal sentences.
Do you know what a capitol letter is?
They should be used at the beginning of a sentence.
1st of 2nd grade english if I remember correctly.

Back and forth bickering is counter productive.
