 Paypal will not release my funds after 180 days
Hello and greetings.
I have numerous accounts on hold with paypal. I went with the philosophy of waiting 180 days and letting paypal hold the money. after 180 days on many of the accounts they released the money. Right now I have more than 15 accounts on 180 day holds and the 2 most recent accounts that completed the 180 day term have not been released. I called and talked to executive escalations and they told me to subpoena them if i wanted any information on the account. They have taken a different tack now and it appears they are wanting me to sue. I have more than $50,000 on hold at paypal, and It appears i have to do something to show my seriousness. When i call on the phone the top tier at executive escalations, they can't even discuss my account with me and say they have been advised by their legal department that i must correspond with them at their san jose address if i wish to communicate over my account.
any advice?
