Transaction ID:

At PayPal, our primary concern is making sure that your money is secure. We do this by routinely reviewing some transactions. We’ve placed your withdrawal under review and this will last for up to 3 business days. If it passes our review, we’ll release it and the regular withdrawal timeframe will then take effect. If we can’t release it for any reason, we’ll contact you.

We appreciate your patience while we review your withdrawal.

Sincerely,

PayPal

VCC is for verification ONLY for countries where withdrawals to CCs are not possible. In countries like Lithuania or Latvia, VCC is used both for verification AND withdrawals.

VCC in the UK is only used to 'confirm the address' - a bank account is needed to VERIFY the account.

To verify the address? How do they verify an address with non-AVS VCC? :D

That is why you buy a gift card and register it in the address of the PayPal and then add it so it passes AVS OR you use Entropay.

Please stop questioning me constantly.

You said they use CCs to confirm the address, but they accept non-AVS cards as well. Something is not smooth in your comment. That is why I am asking.

it only really needs to be AVS if the paypal is limited to confirm location.
Otherwise you can add an entropay card(for example) and a bank account and confirm address with this.

Omg, just another word for that. How do you confirm an address with a VCC, if it does not support AVS? Just a pointless PP requirement?

as i said, you can add an entropay card(for example) and a bank account and confirm address with this.

It will send a 4 digit code to the vcc and you can confirm it.

You should know this surely?

Ok, will ask for a third time. Why do they accept a non-AVS CC and ask for a BA to confirm the address? Where is any logic in this? I know that it is how it works, but I just want to find any logical explanation to their requirements.
