Help, Need to know about ebay suspension

I made a stealth but I used different information on my paypal and different information on my ebay, could that be the cause of my suspension, also I sell Powerbeats 2 that are refurbished, and as soon as I created my stealth I listed my powerbeats on, could that be the cause of stealth, also how can I avoid vero on ebay from selling powerbeats 2, because ive seen ebay members selling thousands of beats headphone, thanks

Your not going to be able to sell that sort of item on a new account

People selling 1000's may well have the correct permission to sell them

I got permisson to use a friend's paypal so I used his also he never had ebay, just a paypal acct. So I used it rather than going through the hassle of making mine

Hi, im just wondering how I can sell beats, there are soo many sellers on ebay selling thousands of Dr dre beats. I would like to be one of them

You don't. Beats are the textbook definition of VERO. You can't look at other sellers and say "well they're doing it!" because you don't know their situation. Some are legitimate businesses that have become authorized dealers for the brand. And for those that are recklessly listing those types of items without the copyright holder's permission are skating on thin ice even without even knowing it.

In the end, you're going to get your accounts suspended pretty fast if you decide to sell Beats and other VERO items. There are thousands upon thousands of other items that you can sell on eBay in its place. You just have to find what's right for you.

Hi, so any ideas for what i can sell in electronics that I wont have a problem in selling, that wont be vero, something that could sell at a good markup and I could easily find wholesellers for, also does anyone know of any good service liquidation, NOT LIQUIDATION.COM BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD THAT THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. please reply will appreciate.

Hi, I was busy with college work, but finally made my ebay account, my question is that I used to sell powerboats on ebay before I got suspended, now that I have created A stealth account 2 weeks ago should I sell stuff, Im planning on selling small things around my house like some shoes and shirts, and a mic. Then after 3 months I will sell my remaining 3 powerbeats by dr dre, then start to look for something more reliable non vero to sell on ebay. I haven't logged in my stealth account much, what should I do, should I sell the things around my house, or should I first make a 1 month login history and some buying history. Or should I sell these things to make some feedback, not tryna send red flags to ebay

I know. Ive been seeing SO MANY people asking about using a friends account, family members account. MAKE YOUR OWN. Stop thinking about yourself. You know damn well youre gonna F up that account in a few months but youre too lazy to buy or make your own account. You cant run your own account correctly, you know you wont run your friends account correctly.

Dont you already have 2 other threads on this SAME THING. YOU KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN. Youre doing the same thing that got you suspended. You also know power beats are HIGH RISK items. Us telling you it is ok may make you feel better but it wont protect your account.

You need a resale license. You need a business license. You need a business checking account. You need to have the capital to buy a large amount.

Ebay will not allow a noob to come in and start selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ beats junk.

Once ebay trusts you and/or you're making ebay $20 grand a month in fees, you're good to go!

Honestly anyone who knows about veho knows how easy it is to get in trouble even when you are doing the right things. So why would you want to burn a friends/family account when you know it keeps happening? There are high risk items and I have been reading the forums. If you know it is a bad idea why keep doing it? Also, I don't think people are going to just give all their business secrets which could take them a long time to gather information for themselves.
