can you checkout as guest on ebay with no issues?

hi so i have a suspended ebay account for a year. Can I use ebay guest checkout to purchase something and not be any issues? i will use a different email and phone number for shipping but i sold something and sending it to someone else. also can i use my normal paypal account for checkout?

Guest checkout works , and you will be able to use your paypal as long as it's not limited

guest checkout is just a card payment and you do not log into paypal.

You have the option to use a credit card, debit card or paypal, the difference is that you can purchase on eBay without an eBay account

Yes, you can do guest checkout, but then you will need to provide your real billing address etc. Otherwise it won't work..
