Buyer want refund 48hrs cause a second class order has not delivered
Whats the best way to deal with this?
Low cost item less than £5, Free delivery RoyalMail second class with no tracking. Estimated delivery time is 3 working days. Buyer wanted a refund just 48hrs after order cause item has not delivered. Threat of escalation and negative feedback if refund is not provided.
Obviously no way to proof order has dispatched since its not tracked, just franked 0.36p.
