Amazon Reserve
One of my accounts (PRO) has suddenly out of the blue got a reserve on it, only I have no messages, notifications or emails from Amazon saying anything. I can't find out how long the reserve is either. I'm not sure why I randomly got the reserve as my metrics on this account are very good, and everything is under 0.2%.
Anyone had this happen to them and have some advice? I am considering to stop selling on this account completely. If it's a 30 day reserve, i'm not even going to bother. I'm not letting Amazon hold 30 days worth of sales for this account.
Is there somewhere on seller central where it says if it's a 7, 14 or 28 day reserve? I clicked "view reason" and it doesn't say the reason, just has the copy and pasted information from their website. I'm not in review either and this account is 6 months old with over 1000 sales.
