How to verify 1.95 VCC? No option to do this on Paypal

My USA paypal has VBA already. Today I added a VCC to confirm it. It doesn't give me the 1.95 verification option to get the 4 digit code.

Please advise. I cannot figure out how to send the 4 digit code to verify the vcc.

I've never confirmed or ever been asked to confirm any cc's.

You'll have to go into options / limits and sending limits. Then lift the $500 sending limit and it will do a $1.95 test charge.

Bottom left see how much you can send with paypal click it and follow elmono's advice.

I just used it last night....worked fine.

Click on your card in your wallet and then click 'confirm'

Or go to card details in your profile settings ans click on 'confirm' in there.
