I'm limited because the payments I received in a calendar year go above 200/$20,000 so they need me to provide SSN,EIN or TIN. Did anyone here just call paypal to request other alternative for providing SSN,EIN or TIN? If yes what did Paypal representative told you to provide instead of that 3. thank you.

I wouldn't call. Get an EIN. They are very easy to get and work quite well.
