Using ebay & PP app

Can i use the ebay and PP app on my iPhone I recently could not use it on my old iPhone but i just bought me a new one and has a new ip address and mac address and want to know would i still be good to go ahead?

I don't like PayPal's app. They all want access to all kinds of information, including your contact list. I would stay away from apps.

You COULD, but once the app is used for an account, it's pretty much locked to that account. You will have to root your device in order to use it with other accounts. The eBay/PayPal app is limited compared to regular browsers.

I agree with Jeff.
If this is a new phone you can do it but know that it will be locked to those accounts only and you wont be able to use them with any other accounts.
Kinda restrictive.
