should i use the account or not?

i have been selling some $0.20 to $0.40 items on ebay for the last 3 weeks, 12 of them to be correct. now i read on a lot of places that if i continue to do this, they may suspend my account, right? my question is, i am now ready to sell my real products in the ranges of $40-$100 and was wondering which option is better:

1. to close the account and start from a new (0) feedback account, buying some things i need anyways for my household to build the feedback.

2. leave the account "sleeping" and not accessing it and start from a new (0) feedback account.

2. continue to use the account to sell my real products.

will ebay shut me down for having sold 12 low priced items 3 weeks ago if i now list a real product? or will they only do that if i keep listing new low priced items (which i wont).

if i close the account with the 12 low priced items, maybe ebay will notice what i did and suspend my new (0) feedback account too and ban me?

so what is best?

Continue using your account, if eBay hasn't suspended you yet, you're most likely okay.

there are no general rules in ebay/Paypal. every account has his specific case.
i have 2 accounts less than 15 days , i sold 2 items for each one and i was able to withdraw the money also ($600/each) using paypal.

Your 12 low cost products should have no affect on your ability to sell higher priced items. You really need to be more concerned with selling Name Brand products (which have the Vero issue connected to them), and/or items where authenticity (like collectables, autographs etc.) can come into question. But price should not really be a concern. So keep your present account for sure.
