Change my address in Paypal and Ebay?

is it okay to change your address in paypal and ebay? I just moved and I need to change my address but I dont want to have my account limited. Is this ok as long as they match in both ebay and paypal?

As long as your cookies are intact, flash cookies included you should be okay.

There is a chance of getting limited with PayPal though, a slim chance but it's there.

so has anyone ever done this? Maybe I should call paypal and inform them that I am changing my address.
