paypal hold on funds after ebay case closed

Hello everyone

2 buyers on ebay opened an item not received case against me, 2 days later they were closed after the buyers received their item. it's been 2 weeks and the paypal transaction is still "on hold" . Paypal refuses to reply to any of my messages through their so called "online customer service" and ebay seems to not have any online support either, has anyone had this issue before? I want to get the funds released without having to call in

None of our answers are relevant. You need to call and tell them you provided tracking info and the cases are closed. yada yada yada whatever else to go along with the info.
If you dont get money released, you are facing other issues.
Youre ebay account may be below standard now but 14 days is a long time.

Often the closed case does not affect paypal. You need to call EB and ask them to close the case "the correct way", so funds will be released.
