Hi, Can I transfer any money I make from the USA paypal account to my EU paypal account then withdraw the money to my EU bank account without problems?? I know I probably sound like a moron to those of you in the know....but I'm a faster learner!

Bad idea.
Any kind of transfer from one paypal to another - especially international ones such as the one youre suggesting is a high risk transaction.
It might work once but if you try it more than that youll be showing a pattern which will result in all accounts involved being limited.
