Paypal Withdraw Problem

So I verified the small deposits made to my bank account this morning. However, when I go to withdraw funds I get this message: Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead.

When I try to switch to the classic site the only thing that shows up and is available in classic view is my activity log. Any ideas as to why this is happening or how to resolve?

They "MIGHT" want you to Phone Verify your Account via Phone or Text before they allow you to withdraw.

It was supposed to be asking for some information that had to be verified prior to the withdrawal. What solved you the problem?
