 after 180days, PayPal Limited can not withdraw, please help...
Hi everyone, I have a PayPal Stealth (Limited), after 180days- they sent me a message that I can withdraw money.
I've added a bank account successfully. However, When i withdraw money to my bank, PayPal inform me: "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead"
and when i used Classic site to withdraw, PayPal asked me to verify identity. after I verify successful via sms text, PayPal automatically logged out of my account and transferred to the login page.
I try to log back in again, PayPal inform me: "Sorry — your last action could not be completed"
I have tried many different times, still failed
Pls help me :(
