Via a US bank account, your own US bank account. That's the best way.

The nature of your questions seems like that isn't an option though.. what are you trying to do ?

WELCOME! Personal US bank account will always be king! I use AmEx SERVE (its a checkless checking account) and its 100% free to take funds out from MoneyPass ATM's

I've read that Amex Serve has problems with mismatched names. I would stick to bigger banks such as BoA, Wells Fargo etc
