Paypal blocks add funds and make payments.

Hi, I have a paypal account business from USA with an LLC, i use it from Argentina with VPN (StrongVPN ) but paypal blocks me to do payments and add money from my bank account to paypal, when i call paypal they tell me that the problem is that i connect with VPN , so I decided to Fresh IP 24vc but it does not work and i still been blocked by paypal, could be a solution to close the account and open a new one using the ip 24vc or is already recorded and I will give the same problem? what other thing can I do?

Try calling them and dont mention anything about VPN at all. Say you are having some glitch and see what they can do for you.

leave the account for 72 hour and then try to make payment it will work like charm

I am afraid that the department of limitations detect that 24vc it is a vpn since already they it did with strongvpn, that think?

Play stupid and say you dont know what even means. As for strongvpn, it is an established company that has been used for years and as for 24vc, it is a relatively new service, so I doubt they even know of its existence.

There's a big difference, you probably using shared vpn connection which is no good, with 24vc you get a fresh Dedicated IP address and do a little research and you will find other cheaper fresh Dedicated IP vpn providers.

Shared IP VPN = Limitations
Dedicated IP If not fresh = Risk
Fresh Dedicated IP = Way to go

There are many, as long as they provide Fresh IP, you are good to go. Try 24vc, torguard, or morevpn etc.

I stopped to spend 72 hs and today it can add 100 to my account paypal for the first time , how long should I expect to try to add 500 and go up the sum so slowly?
