So basically, I bought the account.
And to withdraw it's asking me for the number of the card. I can't reach this info. What can I do?

You will need a VCC and bank account to withdraw funds.

Contact the person you bought the account from for the card number

I don't know then. I think it is something you and the seller need to discuss and come up with a solution for.

did the seller of the acct not provide it for you when they sold you the acct or did you just not make note of it?

All the sellers of accounts i've dealt with have provided the vcc number, and quite rightly so.
