The thing Is ive just opened the account right there so ive so not sure what on earth they are talking about?

is it just a case of move on to the next one then, is this lost.

If you just opened the account, somehow you may have been linked - forget about this in my opinion and redo

Im betting if you login to the resolution center there will be no steps available for you to do to remove this limitation.
The account is lost. Move on.

I actually saw this message this afternoon on a new account I created.

I have never seen it before in the accounts I have created, and it literally arrived the moment the account was opened.

I then created another account with completely different details and it was okay.

It is my opinion that the address I used somehow linked it to a banned address/banned user at the address I used.

its asking me to confirm my CC which is entropay they take a 1.50 from the card and I need to check the statement for the code, thing is that possible with entropay?

Of course when you log in there will be steps to remove the limitation.

This random on new accounts and does not mean you have been linked.
Honestly the world of paranoia.

Limitation will as for a bank account, confirm vcc and proof of address.

Entropay will work to confirm the address so send the charge so you can get the code.

Actually in many cases they limit accounts permanently with no steps available for removing that limit. Maybe that's not the case here but it does happen.

after answering all the steps they gave me, i got limited at the end anyway, what was the point in getting me to answer all these questions lol?

That's a new way for them to say **** off. I have those issues with US Paypals a lot and dont have them anymore
