Silly Paypal Monthly Withdrawal Cycle Question

My paypal account was created on August 28th, I didn't start using the actual account until the end of September. I have reached my $500 withdrawal limit, does that mean the cycle starts over on October 28th and I can withdrawal again?

Why not get the account verified, its not hard all you need to get started is the phone you used to set up the account.

Is is verified, checking account is linked, phone is verified, address is verified, the only thing left to do is have them charge the card I put on file the $1.95, I plan to do that but I am scared that they will still want my SS#. Even though my profile is at 100%, I am still limited to withdrawing $500 a month.

No.
They will not want your SSN just for that. Out of all the accounts I have created, I have never ever ever ever been asked for a SSN due to adding a bank account or vcc. They should not ask for a SSN unless you are approaching 200 sales or $20k in sales. Or, they will ask for the SSN if they think you are selling sketchy items or if you had linked the paypal to a previously suspended paypal.

But they wont just ask for it due to adding a bank or card. BTW, once you confirm that card by letting them charge it 1.95, that $500 monthly limit will go away.

I intend to verify the credit card, I just have to wait for the money to transfer to the card before they charge it, otherwise the $1.95 won't be in the account. In the meantime though, I am just wondering if the withdraw cycle will start over on the 28th.

I don't think any of us really know seeing as we verify accounts when they are made and don't run into this.

get another VCC or gift card of shop with enough money to be charged and your problem is solved #_# after this you can add 2nd vcc as you won't be afraid anymore, will you?
