Default Calling PayPal favour

I'm having an issue sending money from my stealth PayPal to another PayPal " we cant send this payment right now, if you keep getting this issue please contact PayPal"

It's an USA PayPal so I need someone from the USA if they don't mind trying to call PayPal for me. I'll give all the details. And a $50 reward!

Thanks

Maybe they can see that your logging in from a different country. It might also be a glitch, how long has it been coming up with that message?

You'll be wasting your time (and $50). These types of soft limitation usually happen on newish accounts when you try to move money too quickly. They usually clear after a few days. Moving money like this between PayPals is a great way to link accounts and can result in multiple account suspensions.

Given your offering $50, the amount in question must be considerable. This again will be why it is being blocked

It's got nothing to do with IP.

I'm sending it as goods. As far as paypal knows I'm "buying".

Should I wait a few days?

Doesn't matter. If you do it often enough you'll cause a link.

Wait a few days and reduce the amount you're trying to send.

Separate out the payments to 100$ a week on new accounts. You need to create more PayPals if you want to move more.

Ebayorbust is right, this is a 'soft limit' paypal put on accounts that have just recently received a payment.
They do this to protect themselves i guess..

It goes away after 72 hours from when you first tried to send the payment.

Getting someone to call on behalf of you is opening yourself up to a unlimited amount of risks, especially since calling paypal for anything could make paypal limit you asking for documents.

Why risk your account with this?
Just wait it out.
