Recommended wait time before cashout from stealth

I've seen some talk about this, just wondering what the consensus is now.

is it 72 hours now?

This stealth is pretty solid, verified, just trying to avoid limitation.

My personal suggestion is to wait 2-3 days AFTER the cash is released (assuming you have 21 day holds). Also, I would leave enough cash to cover a few refunds (just in case).
