Paypal not refund $1.95 to my account after verifying?

Hi,
One week ago, I used vcc to verify my Paypal account, but until now, i have not received $1.95 on my balance.
What was happening?
Any new updates from Paypal?

Yes, they are refunding it to the card the next day. Check the VCC balance. They started doing this about 2-3 weeks ago.

Is this a change? Usually it's to balance(which was annoying).

seems that it's only for US, for UK we are still getting £1 into our paypal balance, whew

I tried to many other countries, it went back to original funding source, VCC :(
