so my paypal is now permanently limited.

i want to buy stealth acct but before doing that, i want to try one thing...

please tell me if its going to work please!.

so...i'm going to open new bank acct from the bank that i haven't opened yet.
and upgrade my phone and change the number.

and then i will sign up the paypal using my new bank acct and phone number and for address, i will use my friends address but use my name(with little edit) will it work?

if my name is Paypalsuck Really, can i make like paypal Really?

I would just open a new account and use the new address, name and phone number for that. Why did they permanently limit you? Paypalsuck Really sounds like an indian spirit name. You should go for something more like suckme ballstwotimes.
