I had got an email saying my ebay account is restricted and I can no longer sell on ebay. I realize that I cancelled too many items because of a screw up with my software i use to track my items which caused me to become below standard. If i knew that this would mess up my ebay account i would had done better to make sure everything is ok. I talked to a rep and he told me to make an appeal. I am new to this so any help i will take it.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
You will not get your account back. Create a new account, better, 10 new accounts, and develop them slowly and carefully, so if something will happen again, you are backed up.
The exact same thing happened to me. I cancelled too many listings because I have 2 eBay accounts and if items were going for low I would bid them up on my other account and sometimes would end up winning my own items so would cancel the orders (stupid, I know) and then my account was restricted for good. Luckily my other account is still up and running but I have made some stealth accounts and plan to start gradually selling on them and building them up so if anything happens to my main account I have back ups. You could try and appeal it but knowing eBay they won't even listen to you so I wouldn't even waste time trying I would just move on and within a month or two you could be back up and running as normal.

Dont cancel the transactions from your seller account. Cancel the item from the buyer side. Then make sure you dont buy from that account again. Switch them up. Dont have all your buyer accounts on the same IP either.
